Now days we have seen people’s wants to do live their life the other people’s do they don’t even think about themselves is that right path I’m going or is the right thing that I’m doing. Before starting anywork ask your self it is ok, I am going in right path, this Work make me happy or not if it is making you happy try to enjoy in your manner not in people’s manner if you don’t feel happy leave it immediately.
As I must say childhood is the best experience that we have ever faced. We enjoy our things with no judgement we do things that makes our day brighter it is same with now try to Reflect your childhood experiences and unresolved emotions. Try to reconnect with what once brought you joy and creativity.
Your gut feelings often reflect your true self.Pay attention to what excites you, what drains you, and what feels aligned.
Spiritual practices, therapy, or mentors can help you see yourself more clearly.
Try to listen yourself, do what you want to, enjoy things the way you want to plan outings with friends, partners, or with your own siblings or cousins, involve your self in certain indoor or outdoor activities dancing, playing badminton, reading novels etc.
Before achieving your dream you have to prepare yourself for facing some upcoming challenges. Try to think about how you gonna be achieved because Your subconscious speaks through dreams—keeping a dream journal can reveal hidden insights.
Stand in front of a mirror, look into your eyes, and speak kindly to yourself.Say affirmations like “I see you, I accept you, I love you.”This can help heal self-judgment and build a deeper connection with your entire body or soul.
Write letters to yourself, what things makes you happy, which kind of things you like the most to do and keep it forever with you if you are writing who hurt you, or even to fear itself—then burn or release them this can reduce your aggression above certain things
Your inner self is always there, waiting. The key is removing the layers of fear, distraction, and conditioning that keep you disconnected. The more you listen, the more it will speak.
