Life happens—we totally get it.If you know you won’t be able to attend a session, you can reschedule it in advance and pick a new date that works better for you. Just reach out to our After Interval support team, and we’ll help you with the switch.
If it’s a last-minute miss, no stress—session replays will be available for a limited time so you can catch up at your own pace. You won’t miss a beat.
